Nishu Miglani

Managing Trustee
nishuNishu Miglani belongs to the first batch of women officers to join the Indian Navy in 1992. She, along with her batch, was featured in the 1993 Limca book of records. Leadership comes naturally to her. Having led large teams and having had the privilege and opportunity of working with dignitaries and eminent personalities during her stint in the Indian Navy, she was well equipped to take on much greater responsibilities in her personal as well as professional life. She believes that the Indian Navy gave her a great foundation to become a well minded professional and achieve much greater goals and heights in her corporate life later on. She retired from the Indian Navy in 1999 and decided to put her leadership and people skills to good use in the recruitment and consulting space. She started off by working with companies like ABC consultants and Manpower. In 2008 she founded Search Quest Consultants Pvt Ltd to provide best in class services in the areas of executive search and contingency selection. Today Search Quest enjoys the preferred recruitment partner for many multinationals and leading business enterprises. All along she had a penchant for philanthropy and social service. She has led by example and helped a lot of people in need, be it by way of educating her house help staff’s children or by funding the education and other basic needs of children and women unknown to her via various NGOs and welfare Funds . She has always encouraged and inspired her friends and co-workers to help others and make a difference. She serves as the managing trustee of the Nishu Miglani Trust and aims to touch innumerable lives and help in the overall upliftment of society.

Shampa Roy

shampaShampa Roy started her career in the Airline industry with Cathay Pacific as a cabin crew. Having travelled the world she got ample opportunity to meet and interact with people from different cultures and diverse backgrounds. With all her experience and vast global exposure she was a great fit in the hotel industry where she was incharge of guest relations. She came back to the airline industry, where she worked with Jet Airways for 9 years. Currently she’s a Trainer for imparting service training to the new cabin crew at Jet Airways. She believes that ones life is filled with learning and discovering new things, every single day. A strong believer in ‘giving back’, Shampa has always had a great desire to help the underprivileged children and the elderly. She has actively worked with Sister Christobels Charity, an organisation that arranges and distributes food to the poor. She regularly donates clothes to a church charity which helps the poor. She would like to contribute to the society by making sure that children get proper education and the elderly can spend the twilight years of their lives with dignity and a smile across their faces.

shampaDeepali Chitre is a stalwart in the HR consulting and recruitment industry with over 15 years of experience. She is a peoples person with the ability to build and manage relationships effortlessly. Having worked in renowned companies such as ABC consultants and given her vast experience and industry exposure she was well equipped to start her entrepreneurial journey. In 2006 she started Astute Consultants; a HR recruitment and consultancy company which caters to a diverse set of companies providing best in class services. She enjoys meeting people and interacting with them to help them realise their personal as well as professional goals. She’s a compassionate human being who is looking for opportunities to reach out and help those in need, be it an NGO or any cause she feels is genuine and needs to be addressed. She reached Yoga at a school for differently abled children. She’s been involved with a lot of social work at the local level in and around her neighbourhood.
